Scope and seller

These Terms of Service apply to the use of www.fratellidiamanti.com and to orders placed through this online store under the Fratelli Diamanti brand.

Products and orders

We aim to present product descriptions, prices, and availability accurately. Minor differences in color, packaging appearance, or display may occur due to screen settings, production updates, or photography.

Placing an order means that you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s). The order is accepted when we confirm the order and payment is successfully processed. We may contact you if order details, payment, stock, delivery address, or fraud checks require clarification.

Products purchased through this store are intended for personal use and not for unauthorized resale or export.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include or exclude applicable taxes as stated during checkout. The final price, available payment methods, and any applicable fees are shown before payment is completed.

Shipping and delivery

Orders placed on www.fratellidiamanti.com are shipped within Türkiye only. Domestic standard shipping is currently free of charge. More detailed delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon physical delivery to the customer or to a person designated by the customer, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Failure to accept delivery or failure to collect a package from the carrier branch or pickup point does not automatically constitute withdrawal, cancellation, or return. If the package is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or non-collection, the actual and documented costs caused by the failed delivery may be charged to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If the customer requests reshipment, we are not required to dispatch the order again until any additional shipping cost and any documented return cost caused by the failed delivery or non-collection have been paid, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Returns, withdrawal, and defective products

Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal under Turkish consumer law. The conditions, procedure, exceptions, return address, refunds, and return costs are explained in our Return and Right of Withdrawal Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products.
