Return & Right of Withdrawal Policy
At Fratelli Diamanti, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of perfume and cosmetic products, return and withdrawal requests are subject to specific conditions.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Sales Regulation, customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
Non-Returnable Products Due to Hygiene and Health Reasons
Perfume and cosmetic products are classified as items not suitable for return due to hygiene and health reasons.
Therefore, products that have been opened, used, tested, or had their protective seal removed are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Conditions
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, undamaged, and complete. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Products
If damage caused during shipment or a manufacturing defect is identified at the time of delivery, an official damage report must be prepared with the carrier upon receipt.

For approved returns, refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned product is received, using the original payment method. Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
