Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, regional conditions, and shipping volume or carrier workload.

Any damage that may occur during shipment must be documented with the carrier at the time of delivery. Fratelli Diamanti cannot be held responsible for claims made without an official delivery report.
